Employment Type: Full Time

Annual Compensation: $185,000 – $250,000 per year

What You’ll Do

  • Enforce pipeline discipline by ensuring accurate deal stages, forecasting inputs, and data integrity across opportunities.
  • Run the operating rhythm for the revenue organization, including pipeline reviews, forecasting cycles, and reporting cadences.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into pipeline health, conversion, and revenue performance.

  • Proven ability to maintain data integrity and enforce process discipline across teams.
  • Experience owning pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Experience building or improving RevOps processes in early‑stage or scaling companies.
  • Familiarity with go‑to‑market tools, including CRM systems, enrichment tools, and sequencing platforms.
  • Ability to configure CRM workflows, automation, and reporting.
  • Comfort using AI tools to support workflows, reporting, and data updates.

Preferred Experience
