The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with patent law, including filing and prosecuting patents, rendering patentability and clearance opinions, drafting patent applications, performing due diligence, and other related legal services. Job Overview The Patent Attorney will play a crucial role in providing legal services related to patent law, offering expert guidance on patent preparation, patent applications, patentability assessment, and due diligence.
